The location of the hotel was the best thing about it! When we arrived the floor of the room was dirty and there was a horrendous smell coming from the toilet! The second and third day the floor wasn’t mopped again and we had to wear a pair of socks so we can walk around without feeling dirty! My sheets were having holes. Overall It was disappointing unfortunately. (The horrendous smell never left so we had to cover the toilet and the floor sink so it could be bearable)

I was accused of smoking eventho i didnt smoke in the room and they charged me 1000,-czk. I have never experienced anything like this in a hotel. They said they found in a trash bin cigarette filter. I do not reccomend this hotel, also floor was dirty, breakfast was very poor.

The hotel is perfectly adequate for a few nights when you’re just looking for a base. Positives Good location near tram stop Great bar and restaurant on the street Baggage drop pre airport Free breakfast basic but fine Room size good Top floor quiet Front facing rooms balcony and side view of tower Quiet street Small kitchenette area Negatives General furniture in my room tired although bathroom looked refurbished General maintenance needed esp on balcony which was paint peeling etc Worst thing was constant smell of drains in bathroom. I know not all rooms had this issue as friends rooms were ok but two of our party were affected. And it’s not an odd whiff it was constant ..,

Accoglienza arrogante alla reception Caparra chiesta di 40€ e non restituita con una scusa. Camera maleodorante Camera tutta rappezzata con stucco Cucina e stoviglie sporche Cuscini diversi tra loro forma di un quadrato gigante Frigo bar senza una bottiglia d'acqua Service bagno inesistente (due saponette mini e due piccole bustine di bagno doccia Vista su un bruttissimo retro di un hotel ----- Arrogant welcome at reception Deposit of €40 requested and not returned with an apology. Stinky room Room all patched up with stucco Dirty kitchen and dishes Different pillows form a giant square Bar fridge without a bottle of water Non-existent bathroom service (two mini soaps and two small sachets of shower gel View of a very ugly back of a hotel

We have booked in advance a room for two nights. We have received a confirmation email as well. It was stated in the email your payment will happen at the hotel. After this we received a suspicous transaction request on the given credit card trying to pull ~1200CZK. The card issuer automatically blocked this transaction. Now we received an email saying our booking has been cancelled due to pre-authorization was not success...1200CZK pre-authorization?? And where is it written it will happen in this way??! Customer service then saying now sorry we do not have room available... So bottom line I would not suggest to anyone to book in advance to this hotel it is not reliable service. One day before our travel we need to find an other accomodation. Afterall it is better then at the check in desk.. BR
